Godreports is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Godreports attempts to honor any stated preference from donors regarding how their gifts are used. However, in compliance with the rules of the Internal Revenue Service, Godreports maintains ultimate control and authority over the use of all gifts. Godreports is not a donor-advised fund and does not maintain separate accounts owned by donors.
